What RogerScar Provides

RogerScar publishes general information about auto insurance, including liability, collision, comprehensive, uninsured driver cover, medical payments and optional add ons. The site may also pass along auto insurance information that a visitor has asked to receive.

RogerScar is not an insurance company. The site does not issue policies, bind coverage, approve claims or set prices. Any policy is offered and decided by a licensed insurer under its own rules.

Content on the site is general and educational. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it does not replace a review of an actual policy by a licensed professional. Coverage, limits and prices vary by insurer, state, vehicle and driver.

Eligibility and Accounts

The site is meant for adults who live in the United States. A person who creates an account agrees to:

  • Provide details that are true, current and complete
  • Keep the account password private and secure
  • Accept responsibility for activity that happens under the account
  • Report any unauthorized use of the account through the contact details below

Messages and Consent

A visitor who opts in on the signup form may receive text messages about auto insurance inquiries, as described in the consent language shown at signup. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Replying STOP ends text messages and replying HELP returns assistance details. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.

Acceptable Use

Visitors agree not to use the site in a way that harms it or other people. That includes:

  • Submitting false details or details that belong to someone else
  • Trying to access accounts, systems or data without permission
  • Sending spam, malicious code or automated traffic to the site
