About RogerScar
I started RogerScar to make car insurance easier to read, one part of the policy at a time.
One Driver Explaining Car Cover to Another
Most people buy car insurance once, renew it without a second look and only open the paperwork after something goes wrong. I built RogerScar for the moment before that, while there is still time to ask questions and change what does not fit.
I keep my explanations short and my words plain. When a term needs a definition, I give one. When a choice depends on your car, your budget or the way you drive, I say so rather than pretend there is only one right answer.
Plain answers before the paperwork
Habits I Keep With Every Question
Plain words first
If a sentence needs a glossary, I rewrite it. You should be able to read about liability or comprehensive once and still remember what it means next week.
Your car sets the pace
A paid off commuter car and a financed new truck need different things. I look at what you drive and how you use it before anything else comes up.
No pressure to add more
Some add ons earn their place and some do not. I point out both, so the cover you keep is cover you actually understand.
Ready to Put Your Own Car on the Page?
Tell me about the car, who drives it and where it usually goes. It starts with a short signup, and what you share is kept private.
Start Your SignupLines I Hold To
Trust is easier to keep than to win back. These are the things I leave out of every conversation about your car cover, no matter how small the question.
- I never push a policy just to close a sale
- I never hide the limits in the fine print
- I never hand your details to marketers
- I never promise a price before the facts are in
- I never rush you toward a choice you are unsure of
